About
Fr Paul is a son of the Dominican Order’s Australian Province. He entered in 2003 and was ordained 2010. He has served in campus ministry, religious administration and governance, and tertiary education.
After completing institutional studies for the priesthood, he wrote a master’s thesis under Rev. Prof. Brendan Byrne, S.J., entitled The Glory of the Human Person: the Resurrected Body in the Letter to the Romans (with high distinction). He went on to take the doctoral degree at the University of Oxford under Profs Markus Bockmuehl and Jennifer Strawbridge, for the thesis Early Christian Readings of Paul on Moral Regeneration.
Fr Paul is the Parish Priest of St Dominic’s Parish, Camberwell East (Archdiocese of Melbourne) and Biblical Studies Lecturer in Catholic Theological College (Melbourne). He is also the National Chaplain of the Australian Catholic Students’ Association. He is a member of the Australian Catholic Biblical Association and the ecumenical Fellowship of Biblical Studies, Australia.
